Ok, so the issue seems to be the encoder film. I had no other ideas and this was a solution to an issue I had years ago. Gave it a try, and so far so good.
Does anyone know why it does this? it started about a week ago. In 15 years of printing I have never had this issue and am at a loss at what would cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I thought this one would be easy, I was wrong. The photo i have of the logo is too busy for me to pull most of the letters out of. These are the easiest ones i could get. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I agree, been there. That's why we decided to just go ahead and upgrade. Great thing is that i should be getting it this morning. so only 1 1/2 days of somewhat down time isnt too bad.
I reached to Cadlink. In case anyone else has this issue below is their response.
That dongle is very old and is not supported on Windows 10. Here are your options.
1. Just exchange your dongle for a new flash drive type USB dongle - $125 US plus shipping.
2. Upgrade to Signlab 10 Vinyl Pro...
So last night i upgraded to Windows 10. Once everything was finished i checked all my programs to make sure they worked. When i tried to send something to cut in SignLab i get the attached error. I'm assuming its a dongle issue, but im sure how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
