We had this issue until we go a much heavier laminator roll - upgraded to Seal 82 pro
  2. Cutting Issue - Mimaki CG-130FX Detecting Reg Marks - Cut line off

Is the blade in the correct position? There are 2 places for the blade. It needs to be in the slot so it’s cutting on the hard cutting strip for kiss cutting
  3. Question Difference between Efi Vutek QS3200 and QS3220

We used to have a 3220. I remember there was supposed to be an improvement with the vacuum being zoned to help hold down
  4. Need Help Vutek media belt fraying

We had exactly the same issue. We did this for a while burning off the frayed edges. It was only a temporary fix and we did eventually have to replace the belt.
  5. New Guy Hi from Yorkshire, UK

Think you’ll love it. We’re in Leeds UK and run 2 L360s
  6. Need Help Mimaki CG-130FX Not Cutting Right

Is your knife in the right slot? I believe there are two positions - one for kiss cut the second for cutting the backing paper
  7. Go to media for outdoor signage using a HP L26500

For our L360 we use Orajet 3164
  8. Paper printer

HPZ6200? Lots of deals on these in Europe. We run one really good quality on paper
  9. removable vinyl

Drytac Spot On Have you considered this? Works really well on glass but haven't tried it on anything else
  10. Are these results typical for UV prints?

    Which printer are you using?
  11. anyone tried Briteline Translucent

We use Mactac JT5827 on our L360 and Vutek GS both with great results for a translucent vinyl
  12. Mactac Translucent?

Only use digital print mactac translucent - JT5728 but it's the best we've found if that helps
  13. Chipped ink when routing

I agree with earlier post. If the image is upward facing on your CNC you need to cut with a downward spiral bit. Works for us - Vutek QS print and AXYZ CNC.
  14. Jv33 leaving blue ink spots on prints

You may have a build up of ink around the print head. Clean it off with a swab and cleaning fluid but don't wipe the actual nozzles just around the outside of the head
