  1. LED Retro Fits

I buy most of my LED supplies from SuperBrightLEDs.com. Never had any issues and the products they sell seem to be of higher quality than any other US supplier that I can find. https://www.superbrightleds.com/industrial-led-lighting/led-retrofit-lighting-bulbs-and-kits/led-t8-tubes-replacement-bulbs
  2. 1" wide Clear Caste Overlaminate

I might have one (or 20). Shoot me a PM and I will check tomorrow morning.
  3. 1/2" Striping of Lg. Engine Turn Gold (not SignGold or real gold brand)

That Rtape/VinylEFX stuff is junk, so unless it is a short term project, go with the real stuff.
  4. Photo paper for eco solvent printer

I have used Sihl products for years without issues.
  5. Question Upgrade for Epson S80600

    Sent you a PM.
  6. Review Best Management Software?

We looked at all of them and in the end decided to have software custom built for us. Pricy up front, but got everything to work around US, not change our entire workflow to work around THEM. And, we own all of our data/software in the end.
  7. GFP Laminators

Never used a Kala, but we laminate a LOT of vinyl on our GFP machines, and they track very straight and run w/o issues all day every day. Find & buy from a local dealer no matter what you're interested in, service will be needed eventually.

  10. Looking for Wall Insert Signs

Was looking to job them out, production is pretty busy currently. (and they want a lot of each size) Having issues adding to our staff, but that's a different thread...
  11. Epson S80600L 3L Print

  12. Looking for Wall Insert Signs

Customer looking for multiple signs that they can slide their own printed inserts into. Example of what they want attached. Who can help me with these?
  13. EnVision 375 Skipping on Vertical Axis?

Recently one of our plotters has been not cutting certain areas on the vertical axis. It seems to be somewhat consistent on where, but other times it does it randomly, but it is always while the blade is traveling "up and down" the material. We have replaced the blade, blade holder, cutting...
  14. Weeding small labels

Different plotters make weeding easier. We have multiple large format Graphtec FC9000 plotters, but we'd never cut small text on them. We use our Gerber plotters for small things like this as they are much more accurate, making for easier weeding.
  15. Free Stuff For Y'all

Rear doors for a Kidron Glaciervan Plus custom box truck. 10% Scale.
  16. Ghost Reflective - Dark Gray Truck

We are printing on Epson S60600 printers through Onyx rip. We are pretty happy with Onyx.
  17. Raises?

I really, really wish this thread was two separate threads. There is genuine legitimate discussion of raises (or the lack there of) going on, along with a very different discussion at the same time. :( I would enjoy reading both, in different threads.
  18. Ghost Reflective - Dark Gray Truck

We do them a lot. Pretty simple. Black reflective on black cars, white reflective on white cars. (obviously neither are a perfect match) For other colors print onto IJ680CR-10 and laminate. No colors are ever going to match perfectly; they don't ever disappear, they just get real subtle. For...
  19. Protection for tags

What do they look like? Seems like screen printing would have been a better route for these?
  20. Multi Location Vehicle Graphics - better way to manage

Spreadsheet is fine, use Google Docs/Sheets and share the spreadsheet link with everyone. They'll see real-time data on the spreadsheet, just limit who is an actual editor of the spreadsheet.
