Did you find a place to buy the springs?

Having a little trouble finding replacement springs... got a part number or a place to buy? Digi-Print USA did not have them, as of yesterday, Wed, Aug 4th '21.

Thanks for the reply. I was a little surprised to find that I couldn't raise the head. I've printed on some other .... thick-ish materials, canvas for instance, with no issue. This stuff must be breaking the height barrier. It's just a poster, so I can switch out to another material.

I have a roll of Jarhead 6mil wall mark material. Best as I can tell, I have the correct media profile installed, but I'm getting severe headstrikes. The material is laying as flat as can be. Any ideas?

Well the roll of laminate costs, and the time to do it costs too... maybe not 3 times as much, but somewhere near there. The air egress is a help, but I need really good conform-ability too.

Right... but this job really doesn't need laminate. If I have no other choice, but to laminate, I guess I will, but it doubles my material cost and increases significantly my effort and time.

Printer seems to be functioning as normal. Prints a media chart without any noticeable issue. I'm trying to print some photos... and I can't seem to get the color right. Everything has a fair bit of green. I have a boat cowling to wrap in a camo pattern, that is mostly brown. A lighter shade...

It's super annoying. Wish I could get rid of it... or otherwise configure it to just auto-update and allow me to move on.

I considered that, should have mentioned, I think that increases the price beyond the value of the product.
