So that Blox-Lite can be found from a number of suppliers, just do an internet search and you'll find someone. It is a fairly heavy cover stock type material that comes on a roll for wide format printing and since it came off a roll I'm sure it can go back on a roll for take up. Since it's so...
The 6mm ACM is a good choice but you need to be a little cautious when using other materials with HDU, never use MDO. The different materials can expand and contract at different rates and possibly cause the HDU to crack. If it needs additional strength, we will typically build a steel frame...
Is this one sided or two sides carved? Is it going between the posts or on the face of the posts? That size on two posts doesn't really need anything else, 1.5" single sided on the face of the posts is fine or 2" double sided between the posts is fine. Where are you located?

I didn't turn around and leave, I've never been to your place. We just hung out for a short time in Atlantic City and at Matt's. Are you going to host another gathering ever? I'll come next time if I can.
2005 for me.....4edgetalk.com, wow brings back memories. Hearing talk of some of the old members and realizing that we still have some recycled members on here makes me think about the "old days" and what a great experience this forum has been. Gino, remember when we went to Matt's for that...
Those look like they were constructed for temporary, interior use as a party prop or stage decoration. If that is so, they were probably made with the cheapest material that would conform to those bends, a wood or paper product or possibly PVC. If you wanted to do that for commercial purposes...
I am very saddened by this news...Fred was an exceptional human being, filled with wisdom and always willing to share and help others. He was such a sincere and genuine individual. My condolences to the family, I know he will be missed.
