Doing the tests i use the same profile printing on 40 C 35C and 180 C I even built a profile specifically for that roll still have the same issue I’ve only had this problem once before last year IJ 35C was having an issue...... having some more material dropped off tomorrow from a different lot...

Printed on hp570 here is another shot! Did An alignment ,checked all status plots only happens on IJ 40 running 180 and all is good

Had three rolls of IJ 40 C delivered started printing and color and overall print quality really bad! Loaded 35c and printed same file and profile with excellent results

Siser color pu is your best option used a ton of it works great ...... we Run our 570’s 20 hrs a day so now we run all of our garments through a brother GTX’s

We had the Mimaki JFX200-2513 biggiest POS that was the last straw buying mimaki i guess they can only get better..........lol everybody is coming out with UV RESIN but ill wait till its tested a little more!

Trust me you'll love the 570 we run Ours 12 to 19 hours a day seven days a week And I love it I would never go back to solvent ever again !!!! I've been down that Mimaki train before I would never buy a first generation machine ..... there latex printer proved to be a huge mistake

To find out if the head is bad do a forced drop out test anything over 86 to 96 replace the head it's that simple!!!!!!!!

If you find yourself worrying about the 2 feet or so of material that is coming out of the machine you're not charging enough !!!!!!

We print on that material a lot and we use the 3M ij180 profile

This seems to happen when the thumbscrew is not tight we usually give it a little tweak with a screwdriver or a coin because when that screw comes loose it gives that rubber a lot of play which causes it to break .... good luck I hope they send you a replacement out fast but for the time...
