Mine does this sometimes…. I usually just chalk it up to low lightIng or I clean the sensor….. Or as the post above me says, cover the hole…… I did that to my front hole… so I could. BE closer to the roll edge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I usually fixed it…… There was one time though that it slipped through and printed purple …. The customer preferred the purple…. Go figure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I worked in a print sign shop for 20 years before goin out on my own….. this happened all the time….. especially with Pantone’s like reflex blue…. Looks blue, printed purple….. hopefully this helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey Stacey, ignore my earlier comment, Try this, i tweaked the colour in the gradient to have less magenta......should work far better...

another thing that will sometimes work is doing a bondary shape around the pieces that dont work.... although now that i know tghe reverse subpath trick....i might be wiser:)

maybe stupid question, but have they replaced the cutting strip? that'll cause the cuts decently, then doesn't etc.
