I have to commend Gemini on my recent experience with them. Ordered painted laser cut acrylic letters then the job got put on hold so I didn't open the box when it arrived, two and a half months later got the go ahead on the job and proceeded to open the box only to find 3 of the letters broken...

Cannot find this info anywhere. When manually raising the captops, how far up do you raise them? I recall reading somewhere to go 1-2 full turns past the point where the captops come in contact with the printheads. Is that correct? Is there any standard for this adjustment?
