Anyone know how to adjust this vacuum to correct the issue?

Just started happening last week - able to hit reset and move along. Wondering if its causing some issue.

Help?

Good place to start is the printers user diagnostics...

From the front panel GoTo: system - tools - user diag - vacuum pressure

Have a look into the ink bay. Below the light ink tanks, you will find the connector of the power supply of the vacuum pump, and a little screw. This screw is the vacuum regulator adjustment screw.

Turning the screw clockwise will increase the vacuum, turning it counterclockwise will reduce it.

But don't try it without entering the menu woldy told you: this is an diagnosis workflow.

dont play with the regulator......for this time........inside the vacuum box you find the pump aso.......there is a small clear tube inside is a restrictor.....clean it and your problem solved !!!! there is a hole "like hair dimension"

thats it.......after cleanup you can adjust new if needed !!!! nothing more nothing less

Just needed a small adjustment on the vacuum line for the heads - was literally a quarter turn with a screwdriver.
