Hello, I have a broken DC3 Plus. Does anyone have a parts catalog for a summa printer? I can't find a parts list anywhere and Summa is no help.
On the print carriage there is a plate above where it pulls in the print cartridge, it is secured using 4 screws with the heads inside of a rubber piece. The rubber is old and ripped so that plate hangs down and prevents it from pulling in the cartridge. Anyone here have any experience with what I am describing? See my crude drawing below.
