It appears to be working fine but File Factory just has not download slots for free users right now. There are 2 alternate options - a paid subscription to this site gives access to the premium section. There is an alternate hosted link to the file there. Or a paid File Factory subscription will get rid of waiting on a free user spot. Nice introduction by the way, glad to meet you and hear about your problems - welcome to Signs101.

Hi all,
The link reveals a "file not found" error...
Would really love access to the file as we are having a major problem with our JV33's far right magenta head not firing... Hard to run a print business when no-one can fix your printer!!!
