should have clarified better, looking for a WHOLESALE vendor who sales these signs,
at the very least someone who does NOT sale the same item for the sale to the end user

That is tough to find, these things are mass produced and so cheap that wholesalers don't want them sitting in their shops for months. They may offer you like a 20% wholesale discount or bulk discount..
