Roland RS-640 turns off during printing

Problem with RS-640 printer.
When it print, signal 41V_control switched from 0V to 5V. And power supply switched off +41V voltage and printing, moving - all stopped. And the screen light off also. Voltage +5V is present. During printing all voltages +5, +41 is normal, without pulsations.
Transistor Q1 on motherboard and optocoupler on PSU undamaged, whats wrong?
