Eco-solvent - The best out of the 3 as long as it was printed using the correct profiles. Latex - Is good bust sometimes have a hard time getting pressure sensitive adhesive to stick with out having to go over it a second time. UV - Is Trash. It takes away all the great proprieties of wrap vinyl.

Its the quality of the foam you are using. We were buying price friendly foam and had the same problem with all our cutting equipment. Switched to styrene coated foam and no more problems! It cost a bit more but sure looks better handing it to a customer.

I'm am quoted on the Roland website about this cutter. We print off two XC-540's. This cutter is great. It helped my shop increase production a ton. The only down side is it does not have a network connection. It is easly fixed with a USB print server you can buy at frys.

I came to illy from flexi. I was upset about this also. I sometimes use flexi to build a fullsize temp and scale it to 1/4 scale then export it to illy. Minus artboard size illy is a far better program than flexi.
