I’ve been running an HP310 for 3.5 years and love it. Easy to use low maintenance and great quality. Rich colors. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another in the future.

I prefer to leave it off and encourage my clients to do just that (less is more) That said, I have a client who markers almost exclusively to the senior citizen crowd in FL and feels it’s important to include and In that case I kind of agree.

I have an HP310 and love it. It has broken down once in 3.5 years and that was a faulty firmware upgrade from HP. I am in the middle Of nowhere and they sent a tech out to fix it no charge - post warranty. Prints are beautiful. Maintenance is almost zero. Would buy another on today if needed.

Z Axis I replaced a z axis motor and a year later it was malfunctioning. Gerber has a bulletin that specifies Lubriplate DS-ES Part # LO 137-086. Had a heck of a time finding it but finally got a single small tube from Whisler Bearing in Denver. So far it has been working great.

5.0 file import Hello Tony, I have a file, built and last printed with 4.0. It is two simple tif images surrounded by a perimeter cut. When I open the file I can see the images. When I go to print to FX it asks for the files. I navigate to them and it instantly refreshes and asks...

Import issues Is anyone else having import issues with 5.0 upgrade? I never had an issue importing in the several years prior to 5.0. Now I am unable to import tif files i previously printed with... any help much appreciated.

Edge FX My Edge FX has paid for itself many times over. Can't imagine not having it....
