I'm needing some help here. Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. We've had the printer about 2 months now, brand new. Ran great for a few weeks. The past couple weeks, I've been running some banners on the cjv and noticed the prints finish short. Anywhere from 5/8" to a full 1" short...

Today I went to start up rasterlink pro5 as usual, but the loading screen is stuck on "Checking profile information of JV3-160 SP". Has anyone else ran into this issue?

We're new to the routing game. We recently purchased a Vision Engraver/Router 2550. We want to create a build up seal (22" dia) using 6 mm sintra like what I've attached. Our idea is to create pockets for the letters and elements to nest in. Any help on achieving this?

Anybody know if you can run pro2 on windows 7? Getting some compatability issues.

I do have a manual, it's asking me to remove all the ink cartridges...and it won't do anything

Its a mimaki jv3 160 sp

I tried to initiate a head wash (never did one before) and we don't have a cleaning cartridge for each head. I tried to cancel it, now the printer is stuck asking me to "set a filling up tool". Can anyone help?
