  1. How to adhere 14mm PVC letters to artificial hedge wall

Kind of, the structure is made out of metal with these panels surrounding the whole thing. It's hard to see and get to the metal beams on the inside. This is faux foliage. Yeah, our installs only last about 2-3 days. Thanks for the example image. This is what we have done in the past. I...
  2. How to adhere 14mm PVC letters to artificial hedge wall

I have a hedge wall that I would like to adhere 14mm PVC letters. The easiest way to mount the letters would be applying them onto a clear sheet of Plexi. Then I would only have 4 mounting spots. Instead of using a clear sheet, how else can I easily mount the letters directly to the hedge wall...
  3. Need Help Building a cube out of 1/2" Foam Board

The cubes can be smaller. Generally, we would stack the cubes for trade shows. Each time they are made, it would be a one time use. I was thinking about cutting the egdes using a 45 degree saw. I wonder if there are right angle plastic things that can be stuck into each side of the cube.
  4. Need Help Building a cube out of 1/2" Foam Board

Hello, has anyone built a cube out of 1/2" Foam Board? The cube could be any size up to 4'x4'. My plan is to print directly onto foam board and connect the sides to make a cube. I am not sure the best way to go about that. Should I be looking into printing onto cardboard or building the cubes...
  5. How to setup ID badges for double-sided printing using Fiery Impose

Note: The answer does not have to involve Fiery Impose. I am only looking for a way to setup double-sided 4x3 badges for printing. I realize the question is pretty specific for the software I am using but maybe the solution is in preparing the file and not the software I am using. I am printing...
  6. Industrial Strength Hole Punch

I ended up purchasing the CARL Heavy Duty Paper Punch 3 Hole, 300 sheet,Black and Silver and removing 2 of the bits.
  7. Industrial Strength Hole Punch

I am in the events industry and we print hundreds of booth id signs. We currently use a hole punch to cutout holes on the top left and top right corner of the sign. Right now, I can only hole punch about 10 sheets of 100lb card stock. Is there an industrial strength hole punch that can go...
  8. Need help cleaning printheads on HP 750 after using isopropyl

I just replaced 4 printheads. It would be pretty expensive to replace all printheads again. After doing several printhead flushes and ink purges, the print quality is OK, not great. I am not able to replace the printheads again. Just wondering if there is anything else I can do.
  9. Need help cleaning printheads on HP 750 after using isopropyl

Hello, I made a big mistake, I cleaned the printheads of my HP 750 using isopropyl. I have since cleaned the printheads using printhead flush and did several ink purges but my print quality is not great. Is there anything else I can do besides cleaning with printhead flush and doing more ink purges?
  10. Error E-HB-91, cannot print on multiple sheets on the HP 750

I am not sure what you mean. I have not set the printer to print only or store mode before. I have the print job on the printer before I load the material. FYI, I have added a video to the original post.
  11. Error E-HB-91, cannot print on multiple sheets on the HP 750

I am getting the following "Error E-HB-91, Incomplete data received, but NO CRC errors". This happens when loading 2 sheets on the flatbed and trying to print a graphic to each sheet. I am able to print when there is only 1 sheet loaded. I have attached screenshots of both error messages. I have...
  12. HP FB750 Printhead Replacement Repair

Thank you for your reply Michael! It's very informative. I have been quoted around $2000 per head, so I expect to pay that per printhead. I will check with my print vendors to see if they know anyone that can repair, I didn't think about that. Another question, do you think the print quality...
  13. HP FB750 Printhead Replacement Repair

Hello, I have had some issues with my HP FB750 printer for some time. I have tried manually calibrating the printer or doing the automatic calibrations and cannot get better results. After talking with HP support, they recommend that I replace the printheads. The repair cost for the labor seems...
  14. Scitex FB700: Unable to fill print heads after changing ink

I had the same issue as OP. Your comment is what fixed my issue. I cut open the cardboard box that houses the ink bag, the box was putting 2 kinks into the line that you couldn't until you took off some of the cardboard housing.
  15. Live Photo Mosaic Wall

I think I found who makes the software. It looks like Foto Master has software that other companies use, it looks the same as One Chance Media and some other companies I have seen online.
