    We do a majority of our signs on HDU. I would use no less than 15 lbs density HDU and go with a quality supplier. It will hold up well if you go with 2" thickness. They come out amzing if done correctly. We sandblast or V-Groove our signs and they come out mamzing. Good Luck and let me know if I can help.
