Hey all, I haven't had the printer on in a bit. First print was banded a little by end of document it seemed to be ok but can someone tell me how to get a pure black and not process on the HP360. Using SAI Flexi 12. Thanks in advance.

I ordered a roll of forward wound Duratex 13oz gloss banner material from Grimco. This is what its doing. Is this an issue with the material? Not having an issue with anything else.

Quick question, I use Flexi w a Summa S Drag Knife cutter. I would like the cutting path to be continuous as its cuts lets say a page full of circles. I want it to cut each circle out rather than skip around like it does. Not sure if this is a product of using flexcut accurate or flexcut...

Looking to purchase a used Summa S160 T.

I have to run a bunch of coats for an event. The jackets are Columbia Glennaker rain jackets. Windbreaker type material. Silkscreen / Printed HTV / embroidered? Thoughts? Im assuming the embroidery will "leak" for lack of a better term. Adam

So rolled back like I said to 12. No improvement. Re did all the profiles and wala! Back to normal. Don't know how they could have changed, but much better now. Im not pleased that I wasted a whole day and all that material just because Sai cant get their sht together. I tried calling them...
