Remember having your cut in one layer and your print data in one... And if you dont have it alredy then install Finecut 8... CJV30 and Print & cut can get som horrible misscuts with Finecut 7 sometimes

My guess it that it is just there so that the head not dries up

correct And then be very very careful not to get any ink spill around the head cables so that you fry the slider board /printhead !

Yes the "metallic part" has to go as step 1, look closer so you can see how it is mounted ! Do a quick search so that you find answers about "priming / pre fill" the dampers with a syringe, BUT remember to open the valves before you start pulling out ink with a syringe from the damper ! NEVER...

I Think we have a dongle for posterprint 10 somewhere. You have to get your own profiles to the printer, I only have JV3 75SPII profiles
