Leave it on ALWAYS! Only time you turn the Arizona flatbed off is to do technical maintenance not your daily head clean and that but replacing part or something like that
What about the question of having the printer in a controlled environment like temperature humidity and just dirt and lint???? it’s in the corner of our warehouse like building with an outside bay door next to it and screen printing 30 yds away???? Among other work.

No level I have not found a square van yet unless it’s a fluke tires suspension ground it lies a level don’t work for me find a good body line and go off that sometimes split the difference at back
