Should have mentioned, this is a brand new maintenance station and has been in the machine for less than a day. The gears have stopped grinding and now ink is leaking from the pump so looks like it was faulty in a major way to start with.

Hey Peeps, getting a wiper sensor error every clean cycle. It is happening because the gears are skipping and jamming. Does anyone know how to sync them?

So now using Flexi Production manager V19 build 3078 (the latest one) and when you download the ICC profiles through Flexi and try to load any of them you get a message saying "this version no longer supports ICC profiles created using SO Diffusion" etc etc. WTF Flexi, you are not even trying...

We have heaps of issues with 19 as well. Using build 3078 which is the latest.

What has happened with SAI Flexis new rip in version 19. Looks to have removed the SO Diffusion dithering type and replaced with Stochastic. Everything I print is a different colour now. I can send a blue colour to rip at 100,70,0,20 and the rip maps the colour at 65,65,10,13. Most darker blues...

Sorry about such a late response. The capping station was not sealing properly. It will flush ink but because there is not a good enough seal it would not get ink through the head.

In production manager when setting up a job to print you can add crop marks so you can cut up the job afterwards with a ruler. It only gives the option for the outside marks and not the cross type mark, so if you cut one edge you lose the marks for the next cuts. I have attached a jpeg to show...

No, Mutoh say its a profiling issue but have been all over that and still the same.

thanks, after I told the tech he told me to check the alignments which looked spot on but then I am no tech so will try your suggestion thanks.
