What are settings on the cutter to achieve these results. I’ve been trying to offer die cut as an upgraded decal option because I’ve not mastered it yet and takes a lot of tested wasted vinyl. I’d like to see what settings to start with as a good base point to achieve some of those results I saw...

I once used a small flat head to split the tabs off. It took a little bit but I was able to salvage the banner. Luckily for me it was one grommet.

Just tried to print this with our adhesive back paper profile and it printed way better. just not as saturated.

Thank you for all the replies, Its winding down over here to where I can run a backlit test. The only issue is, we don't touch their files. Yet I have to reach out to them and explain the issue. They don't pay me to touch it (too cheap)

I have no clue if it would work but by chance did you try to rename the .icc file type to the .rml? Again, I'm very new here and to large format printing so I don't know if it would actually work or not. I too use VW dual at my work.

So I just did another print today on this same Trisolv adhesive back poster paper. The results had streaks again. I was using the DGA SGP profile that I downloaded a few weeks back. The streaking went away though when I ran the print using the Roland Generic paper profile. Though it's got tons...

I just ran another test this morning and the Roland DGA SGP: Solvent Glossy Paper profile did the trick for the fisheye issue. I did a feed calibration this morning to set it but hadn't done another test but so far the results were much improved.
