I would never pick the Latex.... I own one.... I have installed 500+ in shops and I have installed around 3,000 printers+..... The Epson S series blows any latex printer out of the water in most areas.... I own 3 of them........... As far as UV goes, I'd stick with that on the flatbed.... CASE
