I changed the printhead I and can't get to fill the ink. I tried many times and the only thing I did is waste the other ink colors when I'm trying to fill the lines. The Printhead I changed, the lines got contaminated and had to take the ink out of the lines with the syringe. The head was not...

I fixed that by choosing eco ink. But still no pumping the ink from the head I changed... They sent me the wrong dampers and used the old ones. Could it be that one of the dampers are damaged?

I changed one of the print heads. I followed the instructions. I had to take the ink from the 2 lines because was contaminated. After I replaced it I went to fill the ink and No ink is filling up and keeps asking me to take the cartridge in and out without any results I'm going insane Please...

Hi One of the printhead needs to be changed (magenta/yellow). I can change the printhead, but the lines got contaminated and both are Magenta. What should I do before start changing the printhead? Should I flush the line before or after changing the head? How I flush the line, properly? Thank You
