    I would call it static or fibers hanging onto your print head. the black lines outside of the print area to the left are usually caused by static. I have the same machine. Is it really dry in you work room? Get a humidifier going in there. it will help.

  4. SP 540 will not complete contour cut

    I am having an issue that I cant seem to get any help on. I hope some of you gurus have some input. When I contour cut with my SP-540 it only completes approx. 80% of the cut, It don't matter what size the job is. a three inch circle will not complete, or a large complex cut will not complete...
