Way to go Oki even though you signed an agreement in Canada to Mimaki to supply inks You both managed to totally mismanage it to the point of incomptence there is no ink in Canada for the m5 series of inks. With no idea from distributor when there will be.

Thanks for the insight - I did use Bordeaux with a roland pro iii and never had any issues with it. Color stayed the same, no head issues.

Try sucking ink from the hose coming from the cap top. You could also put a soaked blue rag on top of the cap and park the head. Let soak for about an hour. Then do a couple of normal cleans. Also make sure your wipers are good. Worked just about every time.

Have tried a dozen different files and it cuts them all off. Onyx has never heard of the problem of course :)

Hi When sending contour cut to cut server from rip the cut server enlarges the decal and crops it. Worked fine last time cut was used. Nothing has changed that I am aware of. Should be 3 decals 8.7 x 15 each across 54" vinyl. Any help would be appreciated.

The 150 can occur if you don’t have enough air pressure.

Used the printer for 12 years and could never get the take up to work without spending alot of time on it. Would just leave it loose and manually hit the switch and roll it tight. Always had to unroll almost to the floor on the back, this happened when the vinyl was coming tight off the roll...

Roast Have had their cloud version for over three months, until I had it they were easy to contact now with crashes when saving, all open files close, they are non responsive either by email or phone messages. Find it hard to believe they are busy helping customers. Don't respond to anything...

Profiles Worth a try that would be great. It will take v2 and v3 of the profiles that may work.
