    I have a Graphtec FC3100-60 without a manual or instrutions. I run Flexiletter as a software package. I am getting an error massage - ERROR 1 Instrution not recogised.
    The machine does not display X Y corrdinates at startup, instead ROLL 1 ROLL2.
