    Maybe your serial number has something to do with it? My Mutoh 1604 is one of the first 100 produced and last time my guy was here working on re-calibrating the print head he told me that they built a lot of the hardware differently for the first batch.

    Our material comes reversed too. We make sure to give the roll some slack during printing on the reversed rolls because when the machine tries to advance the roll the media usually wrinkles up and the result is alost always a marked up print.

  15. Which banner hemmers do you use and recommend?

    Thanks signpro, we'll probably try out a standard sewing machine. I'll put my 7th grade sewing class skills to the test. And thanks BikerScout, we didn't realize, even though it seems painfully obvious, that the surfaces would contain oils that work against adhesion of tapes.
