The paint they used is low VOC which makes adhesion difficult. You can treat the surface with rubbing alcohol, or repaint it with a non-low VOC paint. We deal with this all the damn time.
We replaced our Royal Sovereign 1650 with a GPF 563th and it has been a night and day difference. However, having used a Kala Mistral before, I tried very hard to get one. The GFP is annoying to load and there is this full width bar that seems to be in just the wrong spot, and I don't like that...
I noticed with our 8000, the pressure rollers were not staying put. They would pop up to medium or light pressure causing the longer runs to shift leading to registration errors or significant cutting issues. But, just taping those down at max pressure has fixed so many of the daily frustrations...
