    Put the cut line in a separate layer in Illustrator. Roland has a step by step procedure on their website.

  2. Full of questions today....

    Do you have a lot of older jobs left in the queue? If so, clear them out and try it again. I had problems printing a larger file and after I cleaned out the queue it printed fine.
