I would suggest replacing the MSA ASAP before the nozzles are beyond recovery. Start saving for a new head too.

Never use cleaning solution to clean the rollers, the cleaning solution will melt your rollers. I think that was part of the issue.

Glad to hear you resolved the problem. There is a free upgrade to 8.6v2 you can get via SAi. This will fix some known bugs in Flexi. Once you download 8.6 Open the program, go to Help menu->Check for Updates and download the latest Service Pack.

What version of Flexi and what's the build number for it?

Are you using 3rd party inks? Did you ever cleaned the wiper channel? It looks awful
