Just curious, what’re you trying to achieve by doing this?

EFI Machine build quality, ink, and most importantly their support is top notch. We started with a Pro 16H, then purchased a Regianni for sublimation, and recently a Vutek 32H. Will not purchase another UV that isn’t an EFI.

You can leave the blade holder in position 3 (perf cut channel) and adjust your kiss cut condition to only kiss cut, and then perf cut with another condition. Not recommended but I have done it.

So it always starts fine but progressively gets worse? Can you do a test draw immediately after the print quality decreases? Is the platen clean of debris?

Can you take a better photo of your test draw? Without your shadow.

Looks like your media comp is off. I see lines on all test plots, but cyan is most noticeable.

Does this happen on all media types?

Follow that video minus that filter. I've done this numerous times, no issues whatsoever. Let me know if you have any more questions!

WAIT!!! This is NOT true. The last chance filter was eliminated on the PRO 16H!!! Do not add this filter!!!

The video actually shows the H1625. Ignore any small differences like that, the machines are near identical, and the flushing process is the same. :)

Possibly an electrical issue. Can you power off the machine, inspect the printhead cable and clean if necessary with isopropyl alcohol. Reseat the cable and run another test draw.
