    Hi CustomSigns&Graphics ,

    Please exchange the head cable with work well head.
    If there is still this problem, you need change the printer head.

    For DX4 head printer, both Roland and Mimaki JV3 are good.
    For DX5 head printer, Mimaki JV33 and Mutoh VJ 1204/1304/1604 are well.
