thanks I've tried everything I can think of. On the top right hand side with the cover off,there appears to be a sort of switch that I put a piece of cardboard in to try & fool the machine the cover is on. Thanks

Thanks everyone. I must of got a extra 45 minutes on taking 2 cartridges in & out. I was concerned that I could get the printer to run at all for a while with all inks showing empty. I powered off twice with the same results. Finally it went to a sleep mode & then has been running well since

Thanks for the reply. I ran the machine with 3 old cartridges untill I got a new cartridge. I then did a manual clean. After I finish I pressed enter & the machine flashes all the inks empty. Anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks, they don't make them that size. My customer is presently getting them 24" x 30" . I do there truck lettering & they want to give me a shot at quoting.
