That worked! Ran the torch over those areas, no issues after that. Thanks! We did try the wrap primer, that came off with the vinyl. We also tried Upol Grip #4 ( We use that on badly oxidized areas generally ) that seemed to work also.

Has any one else had trouble wrapping the areas under the front headlights on 2023 Ford Transit? Nothing sticks. It's must be low energy plastic, which differs from older models Anyone have a solution? I have 2 here that will be color changed/lettered.

PF issue those bands. It happens for me with a humidity change and the vinyl gets funky, Don't bother doing the traditional PF adjustment you will drive yourself nuts. You can usually get around it with changing the wave pattern - try Fine & Wave 2. heh didn't realize how old this was..

So green. There is no "right material" for those screws. Wrapping over them only creates fail points, dozens of them. The aluminum won't allow for it anyway most of it is no thicker the .040 hell I even seen .032 on the cheapo trailers and doesn't stay straight in the sun. An experienced sign...

a nutshell - Avery 1005 - installation is EASY or EZ. But can not get it print correctly/consitently Oracal 3951 - good, everything else they sell is junk. 3m - Does what it claims. Pricey but no headaches.

nothing...just strap it down good so it doesn't tip over....do not strap over the top though. the whole top half sits or "floats" on rubber mounts. as for not recognizing media either something is blocking the sensor or the sensor is bad... DG Been using summa machines since the Summa...
