solved it third party ink tr2 pouch had the wrong ink formulation ..... did a pump up and replace with correct ink and its now working great... thanks all for the brain storming....

Yes I changed the captops and unidirectional made no difference

Yes I did have the latest firmware installed that’s the first thing I did … to no avail … will try the hardDisk recovery .. thanks a lot

Good day , has anyone happen to come across the 79:04 error machine starts up fine then after 10 seconds or so the erro pops up and the machine has to be restarted change all consumables same result … let me know if anyone knows that’s happening thanks

hi is anyone know how to run a Roland EJ640 using onyx..... I downloaded the profile and the ink configuration just has ink type not way to change to 4 color profiles... think I don't know enough about onyx to configure the profiles can anyone explain or share a profile .....
