I think I figured it out... these screws adjust the printhead (see pics). You can see the results of each adjustment in the print.

@ DPMmx. I'm looking at an Edge2 with a similar issue except the bold is on the handle side. Do you think the same two cap screws will adjust the other way?

Square is very straight forward. Manually entered cards cost more and there is a limit until they "review your account". Overall I've been much happier with square than anyone else. We've accepted CC's with quickbooks, had a merchant account, etc. Square wins because I don't have to worry about...

^ I'm interested in finding out bits and feed rates & spindle speed everyone is using. I've got a method that works pretty well, but the more info on this the better! I us a single flute up cut for the stuff and it works well, until its time to change the bit.

I'm having issues trying to print red on top of the chrome (silver medal)... its not sticking. What am I doing wrong? Its the old gerber edge How do you make colors stick to the previously printed layer?

I'd suggest that sign panel thing that hooks into the trailer hitch... hopefully it has a hitch. I doubt the success of any "reusable" vinyl.
