first of all, this is a family business, for the past 30 years and yes i would not mind spending 2000$ on a print head, except we did not use the machine that much (long story..), so i would expect to print much more before i change big parts...so i guess i'm out of luck thanks for you comment...

hi there, i did mine, its simple, there is 4 screws that hold the metal plate with the Capping station , then your ready to change the capping Station sorry its not much, but i'm sure when you receive yours and look at it, it will be easy :Canada 2:

thats what i'm scared of, because the first one a saw, it said Waterbase DX5 then talking to the guy , he told me he had both, Waterbase and Solvent so how can i be sure ?? thanks PS

well finally FIXED :) , after the third tech, this one was the real one, problem was with my Capping, guess it was dirty, he flushed it again and again, pulled ink from all line from dampers and Hurray!!! its started printing again, it was a well spent 150$/hour, mind you that i had done all...

well i got another tech and finally got the Ink to stay in the line, but its still not printing, could this be the capping station ? my problem is now that the tech only works on Roland, he came to help me out on my Mutoh. so if my ink stays in the line, does this mean that the dampers are OK...

well for the ink coming to the head is only when i pull it with a syringe and not when printing... can you elaborate for the capping assembly? what is that and where is it and for the gasket / seal to just want to be sure for the leak before i buy parts thanks for the quick reply Pablo
