  1. Probably the youngest Kid in the Industry

Welcome from Indiana! Welcome! :) I'm younger than you but not by much (23 years old). I came into the industry exactly two years ago. Honestly, I believe it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. :)
  2. Silt Erosion Screen

Hello everyone! Happy Thursday! I've got a co-worker here asking me about "Silt Erosion Screen"...We both have no clue what this is. Anyone have the time to explain? Ya'll are the best! Thanks! :)
  3. PVC For Outside

Distributors have to move to cheaper products to be more competitive with pricing. If some of the smaller sign companies would stop undercutting eachother in order to get jobs and start working on better quality, then distributors wouldn't have to switch to cheaper products. ...Just my 2¢
  4. heat transfer material to use on an eco solvent printer, what do u recommend?

Specialty Materials has the Colorprint(CPS-2161). It's Solvent and Eco-Solvent Printable. Pretty good material--Website says that it lasts for 50 washes, but in my opinion it's more like 75-80.
  5. In need of some beginner tips

:goodpost: Oh my goodness, this is extremely helpful. Thanks for the great post! :)
  6. Where to buy Ronan paint?

I know N. Glantz sells it. Depending on where you are, they might even deliver it to you, too.
  7. Best adhesive remover

MBX Vinyl Zapper Not really a liquid vinyl remover, but in my honest opinion this thing is awesome-- https://www.nglantz.com/storefrontCommerce/itemDetail.do?itm_id=68812&itm_index=0 It's the MBX Electric Vinyl Zapper. Expensive little rascal, but it pays for itself within the first month.
  8. How to get more sales?

  9. One BIG sign

:Big Laugh Bahaha!!!!!! Didn't really think of the weight of the material. Good lookin' out! :thumb:
  10. One BIG sign

Polycarb? See if your distributor sells polycarbonate. Some of them sell polycarb off the roll, you can get as many feet as you want cut off of them.
  11. Back of fire truck

3M 983 Series 3M offers the 983 "Diamond Grade Conspicuity Markings". It's got that prismatic reflective look on it. They come in 2",3",4" and 6"x50yds rolls. 14 mil-16 mil thick. Comes in White, Fluorescent Yellow, Fluorescent Yellow-Green, Yellow, and Red. It's got a pressure sensitive...
  12. name to type of design (tattoo)

Mandala Actually, this is a mandala. I've got one in the same exact placement as shown in that picture. They are highly spiritual tattoos, I recommend you do research and create your own. Every mandala is unique and has it's own meaning.
  13. Max Metal question

I wouldn't recommend it. I had a customer a while back that tried that method--the marker never came off. I'd go with JSmoritz on this one--get some dry erase film. FDC has a promo dry erase film that might work. It's the 4305 series, calendered vinyl, 4 mil thick. FDC operates out of South...
