The cuter will take a job with 4 decals, cut and do everything it's supposed to. When I send the same job with 48 decals I get a "AAS FILE COMMAND ERROR"
I am experiencing this exact same problem right now. I have my Value Cut 600 attached with a Serial to USB adapter. It worked for a few days but now I just get a file error when I send the cut file. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We have a UJF3042 Hg and were told that we would need to switch from the LH100 inks to the LH120 flexible inks. The cure on the white layer makes it rigid. This is because of the titanium in the white.

Pay depends on the market but make sure you give him some equity. Skin in the game is a great motivator. You could also bonus equity based on profitability or sales targets.
I just had a Windows 10 update knock out the software for our YAG laser. Get a great computer and set up a couple of virtual machines with older versions of windows. That way you can always have a stable backup OS.
We have a Mimaki UJF-3042 that we bought for this reason. Unfortunately we didn't do the research on how long the printing takes and what the ink costs. If we got an order from a brewery it would take us an entire day to do 100 glasses or bottles. Then you look at the price per piece compared...
