  1. Stuck on this

These probably won't help you now unless you're ripping it off and starting over. Depends what material you used also. I don't have a whole lot of faith with that staying down no matter how it was put on. There's no video on how to cut it that's up to your skill level unless you apply knifeless...
  2. Question side by side not working out

To add to Boudicas heat and stretch, you need to be careful with how much you stretch the vinyl. Ideally you don't want any stretch. That's probably the biggest misconseption about wrapping everybody thinks you just heat and force things into place. And the more I look at that there are areas...
  3. Question side by side not working out

That looks tough, definitely multiple pieces and inlays. If you're trying to do the panels in one piece they will never stay down. You can't just stretch everything into all of those corners and creases Templates aren't going to help. Knifeless tape is your friend. I know this isn't helpful but...
  4. Font ID

I've looked all over found some similar, but no matches. What is it?
  5. Output size differs from file size!

I'm having a similar problem also but my prints are too long. I've done similar jobs just a few weeks ago that were fine. Same setup corel 2023 rasterlink 7 mimaki jv160-300plus. I had print cut files (that actually cut fine) that needed to line up to to cut vinyl and it was about an inch too...

  8. Printing on ij680cr

It is for emergency vehicles but that's about all that we are doing so I need to get it figured out.
  9. Printing on ij680cr

So I am new to the printing end of the business. We have a jv300-160plus. Of course my first print job is on a nice cheap material 3m ij680cr. I don't see any profiles for this material or similar. Can anybody recommend any? Are there any color adjustments necessary since it's not really white?
  10. Brand New truck with mixed and matched aluminum and steel panel?

What do you guys think Toyota is building stuff in a garage somewhere, oh shoot we're out of steel doors I'll just throw this fiberglass one on I have laying in the corner on it. It's all steel and aluminum. It's a combination of strength, weight and cost. All figured out years before it's made.
  11. New Router Advice

They make three phase converters. I would think the router company would be able to help you source them. Or do some research online for what you need.
  12. Removal of printed wrap with 3M Primer 94 - Any tips?

Rapid remover and a plastic scraper works the best that I have found for removing primer and adhesive. If it's really bad remover, plastic scraper and pressure washer. Wallpaper steamers work really well for removing wraps and vinyl in general. The people that cover every edge of a wrap with...
  13. NOW HIRING ISSUE

Care to share where in SE PA you can get $24 to flip burgers, I might need to changes careers.
  14. ROUTER MOTOR QUESTION

Depending on what is wrong with your router it may be able to be rebuilt. The only difference between the the one that comes with it and the standard one is that it has a longer shaft at the bottom. It works fine you just need to be careful with deeper cuts.
  15. Need Help Getting started with HVLP Spray and 8 Gal. Portable Tank

If your using an air compressor it should have a water trap / filter on it no matter the length of hose. Yes it's the volume of air you will need, I don't know off the top of my head but it will be a couple of cubic feet per minute at a certain psi fo a hvlp gun.and then you need an appropriate...
