Our old printers will not work on VersaWorks 6+

Hello all! We have a hopefully NOT unusual problem. We have two older Roland large format printers and our older Roland vinyl cutter just went kaput. For our printers, and old cutter, we were using VersaWorks 5.5.1. My boss bought us a new cutter that will only run on VersaWorks 6+. Our dealer...

So update! I reinstalled and updated to the latest version and apparently the properties are "docked" now, under the View tab.... you can have the windows floating or docked. I have no idea why they still have so many options for Properties that are greyed out, but I can now rotate my cut files...

I had to reinstall CutStudio 3.1 and it works great, but I can't access the Properties menu at all.... there are several ways to get to it - there's the tab on the top menu, Alt+Enter, and through the Objects and the Format tabs on top. None of them work. Is there a setting to turn this on? Has...

Hi all! I've been tasked with designing and wrapping the hood and fenders of a Polaris Ranger Crew ATV. They want an american flag starting at the bumper and waving back toward the windshield... it's painted plastic and I have the actual pieces here in the shop. I can take measurements all day...

We have a job where we are removing vehicle wrap vinyl off of a lot of vans/cars/trailers... one of our employees is having issues with developing really bad blisters on his fingers! Has anyone else ever had to deal with this and are there any solutions besides just hoping his fingers heal up or...

This looks like a standard font, but I'm not finding anything that matches all of the unique letters....

We have been trying to identify this font for a few days now. I have found several that are very close but none of them have that distinctive "diamond" shape on the "S". Any help is very much appreciated! EDIT: I added the other part to this decal if this helps...

Thanks everyone... we wound up having to upgrade to Omega 6.5. At least we have tech support now from Gerber.
