Yep, both black and magenta was bad, now everything works perfect. There’s been at least two other cases in Sweden.

Yeah, we were not happy about this. It was quite easy to do the diagnosis, just swap heads and see if the problem followed the printhead (we now know). We ended up with a cost about $10 000, only one head included. We ordered and changed the second head ourselves. Are you good with these HP...

Turned out to be the heads causing the problem! Both went bad att the same time.

Any luck with this? We have the same problem with magenta. Have tested to swap heads, stil same result on the magenta.

That's interesting, will try later today. The top of the reservoir is replaced by tech, but I don’t know if they replaced the o-ring.

Was it easy to replace the solenoid?

Thanks, but we first cleaned them and then put in new ones - just to be sure - but no, it didn't work. They're the ones called thermistors :)
