I am also located in San Diego and I'm a complete newbie at this but I had a question for you.
I read your post on the Roland Cut Carrige set up and saw that you had to call a local authorized dealer to fix your issue. I am considering buying a Roland printer and I'm doing some homework beforehand, could you tell me who you called and where they are located? I can't seem to find a local Roland authorized dealer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
