I at times randomly get this, after numerous times sliding the roller I usually get it to read, what causes this and is there a way to bypass the edge detection and manually configure the size so I can get it to print/cut?

Rollers are good, Ill try lower heat usually have at 45/40. Noticed when I put banner media in it did it ut if i held down front edge coming out it was fine, but let it go it buckled slightly at roller.

Can anyone help me figure out why at times I print and the vinyl buckles slightly under the pinch roller and then ink smears? I run media tight off the roll and have also tried to pull it out and let it hang loose while printing. Doesn't happen all the time. I see it buckle as printing and...

It was the vertical adjustment, using white knob...got it lined back up and printing perfect. Now to adjust my cut registration and then I'm back in biz!!!! Thanks Solventinkjet for the new head it works perfect, sending back that bad one to the other company to try to get refund/replacement.

Kind if what I suspected but wasnt sure. Ill adjust the white knob/vertical way down and re-test it.

Horizontal software setting look proper to me.

Bias test print, is this an issue with M lines slightly forward of K lines? Manual shows them aligned to top/bottom?

Nozzle check is ok for now i know K cleans up better at times. New m/y is good!

I got a new head from us.digiprint $485 and its defective/not working. Should I buy second one from them again or try another seller? Will be a month or so before warranty refund on this one. Best dx4 head sellers/suggestions?

No i changed rank numbers to opposite sides and also switched ink lines/dampers to corresponding heads. So M/Y now print on the K/C side and visa versa…..but the K/C now set to the new head doesn't print. I get M/Y printing thru the good old head (left head-#1side) so its showing m/y fuse side...
