We are using Onyx postershop Version 11 with windows 7
I have tried to follow the directions in the Onyx online help and I can not get it to work. Has anyone else be able to make it work? If so did you have to do anything outside of what their help says?

I just figured it out.
I think a roll of material fell over and or something not sure. It bent one of the supporting tab for the preheater which made the preheater bulge up in the middle not allowing the material to feed in correctly. Been fighting this for two days now but thank you for giving...

I have an Epson S36070 and black ink seems to be coming from the pumping station and running out of the back of the printer. Anyone have any idea of what might be happening or why this might happen. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Epson puts a counter on all it's wear parts. They know when it will wear out. :ROFLMAO: Anyway one of the parts in your printer has reached that point and now you have to call Epson so they can send a tec out at your expense replace the part, change the serial number and reset the counter.
