Coat your screen....let the emulsion dry.....tape your film to it and just sit it outside in the sunlight for an hour or so.....take your film off and rinse and see what happens.....you're not looking for quality this way you're just looking to see if your emulsion is ok....if your emulsion is...

What type of exposure unit are you using? Here is another simple test. Coat a screen and sit it outside for about 30 min. See if the emulsion cures and holds on it. If it does then that tells you that there is some kind of exposure issue going on. Bob

Sign....that is really close....but you're right it's not exact...a local school here uses it but I can't get any font names from anybody....they just keep sending me JPEGs of everything....as always thanks. Bob

Thanks Rex....I tried that font but it's not really close. The company that originally did the shirts is no longer around and the chief wants them to look exact so that he don't have to change out everyones shirts. I'll keep plugging. Thanks. Bob
