I'm running AVG and I had to reinstall all my programs. I'll try to turn it off and see if that makes a difference. I'm not sure how to tell AVG to open a specific port, but I'll have a look. Thanks for the idea.

I have been using mine since Saturday and no problems with wifi connection. I'm guessing there are a lot of non-computer saavy people using them and they just don't know how to correctly connect with a secured network. Here's is a quick review I posted on another forum:

I gave up on race vehicle graphics last year. They want them free, are willing to pay a little, but never willing to pay what I need to be profitable. I tell them I am really good, but really expensive and not willing to negotiate, that generally gets them off the phone pretty quick.

Mine arrived at 8:30 this morning. I'm not an apple person but Im really liking this. It will work great for showing photo portfolio, reading books and papers and basic email and web surfing. It's a good start and I think they will just get better.
