    I had the same issue and in my case a new trolley replacement was the solution. The bearings in the old trolley were well worn and causing my issue. I still have the old trolley and if I detect any issues with the new trolley, I will try to swap the bearing is out with the help of a do it all friend

    Yes there is ink drops coming out of the head... not air filled but solid droplets On PG 7 of the stystem Status it shows normal for the Magenta on both the ink and air Voltage for both also show as OK and in comparison to the others is the same as well

I changed the Magenta in to a new box and upon my return on Monday, neither of the 2 Magenta print head are firing in (not even a drop) Checked the Thermister...     actually on inspection after the install from both inside and outside, there was definitley no crack in the glass. I can vouch for that. when I returned the next day to inspect the window crack it was half way across the window. now it has completed its journey and finished the rest of the way.

    The glass is a plate glass window. I really don't think that anyone through something at it. I am thinking maybe the heat from the sun had something to do with it causing the glass to expand. I am really puzzled on this one.
